Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the development data come from?
The data is sourced from publicly available film development charts, cleaned and verified for accuracy.
Is my data backed up to the cloud?
No. All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your saved favorites and session logs will be removed. We recommend noting important records separately.
The timer notification didn't sound. What should I do?
Please make sure notifications are enabled for DevGlass in Settings > Notifications. Also check that your device is not in Silent Mode.
How does temperature compensation work?
DevGlass uses the Ilford temperature compensation formula: compensated time = base time × 2^((base temp − actual temp) / 10). This provides a reliable estimate for most B&W films and developers.

计时器通知没有响，怎么办？
请确认在「设置 > 通知」中已为 DevGlass 开启通知权限，同时检查设备是否处于静音模式。
温度补偿是如何计算的？
